  • We will schedule and complete a 30-minute consultation session

• Assessment process

  • An assessment will be sent to you to be completed.

• Three-day Respark Retreat

  • This is Everything! The Respark Retreat will include group process, education and fun! Feel known, gain authenticity, explore vulnerability, playfulness and learn skills to become the couple everyone admires.

  • After the Retreat: Gain a specialized plan that might include follow-up sessions and activities.

  • You will receive a workbook during the retreat that you can take home, which includes a specialized plan and recommendations and ideas to continue the fun!
